The Wellness Studio

Welcome to The Wellness Studio located on ‘Tarragunda’, 800 acres of wilderness, healing waterholes, and scenic valley views.
Our personalised health and wellness retreats are tailored and personalised to combine relaxation, movement, and professional consultations with a registered health practitioner.
We invite you to explore aspects of your health such as nutrition, sleep, mental and emotional health and physical activity. All within the tranquil surrounds of nature.

All retreats are subject to weather conditions and COVID restrictions.

Bush Adventure Therapy

A diverse practice that combines the benefits of connecting outdoor adventures with the intent of achieving therapeutic outcomes for those involved.

Sleep Therapy

Helps you identify and replace thoughts and behaviours that cause or worsen sleep problems.

Nutrition Counselling & Education

Providing guidance to help individuals develop food practices consistent with the nutritional needs of their bodies.

Lifestyle Programs

A combination of strategies and environmental supports designed to facilitate health-related behaviours conducive to health and well-being.

Yoga & Meditation

A practice of yoga asanas and conscious breathing to create mental clarity, calmness, increase awareness, relieve stress and tension, and build physical strength.


Meaningful activities that utilise an interpersonal relationship to enable people to develop self understanding and to make changes in their lives.

We love to improve the well-being of individuals within the context of a nature-based environment.

All sessions are based outdoors or on our property. Our programs initially address the fundamentals of self-awareness, nutrition, sleep, and physical activity before being specifically tailored for each client’s needs.

Our Mobile Therapy Services are also available for 1:1 assessment and intervention within the home, school, or workplace.

We are NDIS and Medicare registered. Private health rebates are also available.
